  • We all have busy lives and with the practice at your home or comfort space you will no longer need to lose time getting to the studio, 
  • You no longer need to be attached to any studio´s schedule and have flexible practice times.

A private yoga class is specifically designed to suit your individual needs & goals

  • You don’t have to search for the right group class for you, I will meet you right as you are and right where you are and from that place we will move sequently into a deeper practice. 
  • We all come to yoga with different genetics, body structure, strength flexibly and limitations, all poses, variations, and modifications will specifically benefit your body. (Will be crafted specifically for your body
  • You will be guided and encouraged along your unique path in order to experience positive shifts and breakthroughs more effective and quicker than if you only practiced in a group class. 

A private yoga class is offering a safe place to support your intention

  • You will learn how to integrate breath, mind and body through the supportive guidance of alignment, breathing, philosophy, relaxation and meditation. 
  • As both, a beginner or an experienced yogi, you will be able to boost your practice or a specific part of it. 
  • The classes are adapted to accommodate injuries, special health conditions, limitations to support better sense of overall well-being. 
  • Yoga is a therapeutic practice, you will be held and supported to heal your physical or emotional trauma.
  • You will be provided with the tools and knowledge to extend the practice off your mat to live a more harmonious life.

  • It’s a safe space to ask as many questions as you need. 
  • We can always talk about your experience, thoughts, emotions observations that come on & off the mat. 
  • We can always adapt a session depending on how your body & mind is feeling on that day.
